Where a product or service is offered under one of our brands, the underlying contractual relationship and payment may be with Site Spark Technologies LLP unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance of Terms

We do not directly store your complete card, banking, UPI, or other payment-instrument credentials on our servers. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method used for a transaction.
We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws, or protect our business and customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise improper activity.
Any refund arising from an eligible cancellation or refund will ordinarily be made using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing procedures.

For custom projects, delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope and the timely cooperation of the client.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- Delayed client feedback or approvals
- Delayed access to websites, hosting, servers, accounts, APIs, or other systems
- Delayed supply of content, images, credentials, or other required materials
- Changes in project scope
- Third-party service or infrastructure issues
- Events outside our reasonable control
Digital products and services are generally delivered electronically through email, download, client portal, website access, or another appropriate digital method.

7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, content, credentials, approvals, and access reasonably required to perform the agreed services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide any content, software, images, trademarks, data, or other materials supplied to us.
You remain responsible for:
- The legality of your website and business activities
- The accuracy of information published on your website
- Obtaining required licenses and permissions
- Compliance with laws applicable to your business
- Maintaining appropriate backups of your website and data unless backup services are expressly included in your agreement
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by inaccurate information, unavailable systems, third-party services, or failure to provide required materials or access.
8. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party products or services, including but not limited to:
- Web hosting
- Domain registration
- Premium themes
- Plugins
- APIs
- Fonts
- Software licenses
- CDN services
- Analytics services
- Payment services
- Other external software or infrastructure
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, renewal conditions, availability, and policies.
Unless expressly included in our written scope, Site Spark Technologies does not guarantee the continued availability, pricing, functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party services.
Third-party services purchased specifically for a project may be non-refundable in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policies.
9. Website Performance and Results
We may provide services intended to improve website performance, conversion, search visibility, Core Web Vitals, technical quality, or other website metrics.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, we do not guarantee:
- Specific search-engine rankings
- Specific revenue or conversion levels
- Specific traffic levels
- Continuous availability of third-party services
- Permanent performance scores
- Specific results from search engines or other external platforms
Website performance can change because of hosting infrastructure, third-party scripts, plugins, themes, content changes, browser changes, search-engine algorithms, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Where a specific performance guarantee is expressly included in a written service agreement, that agreement will govern the applicable guarantee.
10. Digital Products and Licenses
Digital products, templates, plugins, resources, and other downloadable materials remain subject to the license terms applicable to the relevant product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.
You may not:
- Resell our products as your own;
- Redistribute protected files outside the permitted license;
- Claim our original work as your own;
- Circumvent technical or licensing restrictions;
- Use our products in violation of applicable license terms or law.
Specific products may have additional licensing conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, templates, plugins, original code, documentation, processes, and other materials created or owned by Site Spark Technologies remain the property of Site Spark Technologies LLP or the relevant rights holder unless expressly transferred in writing.
For custom development work, ownership or licensing of the final deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, development tools, reusable components, methodologies, know-how, and other underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content and materials supplied by you, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the contracted services.
12. Client Content and Website Access
You authorize us, where necessary, to access and modify your website, hosting environment, software, databases, or related systems for the purpose of performing the agreed services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to grant such access.
We will take reasonable measures to protect credentials and information supplied to us, but you should not provide unnecessary credentials or confidential information unrelated to the requested service.
13. Revisions and Change Requests
For custom projects, revisions will be handled according to the applicable project scope or agreement.
Requests that materially change the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees or an updated delivery schedule.
A project may be considered delivered when the agreed deliverables have been supplied and made available to the client for review.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement:
- Cancellation requests should be submitted through our official contact channels.
- Cancellation before work begins may qualify for a full refund.
- Where work has already begun, refunds may be calculated based on the work completed and applicable expenses.
- Completed custom development work may be non-refundable.
- Third-party products or services purchased for a project may be non-refundable.
- Eligible refunds are generally processed within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

15. Acceptance of Digital Deliverables
Clients should review delivered work within the review period specified in the applicable project agreement or, where no different period has been agreed, within 7 days of delivery.
If you identify a material issue with an agreed deliverable, you should notify us promptly with sufficient information for us to investigate and address the issue.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Our website or services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written agreement shall prevail for the relevant transaction.
